Stella® Cervical Plate
The latest innovation in the Scient’x USA Cervical range, the Stella 1.95 and Stella® 1.55 Ultra low profile anterior cervical plate are designed to stabilize the cervical spine during fusion. Their unique, integrated locking mechanism reduces operating time and increases security.
Stella® plates are available in different lengths making it possible to perform osteosynthesis from one to five levels. Stella® plates are precurved, thus allowing immediate adaptation to the patient’s anatomical curvature. They are available in a 1.55 and 1.95mm thickness to facilitate insertion. The screw fixation is integrated into the plate to minimize any risk of post-operative screw back-out.

Indications include
- Degenerative disc disease, or DDD (defined as neck pain of discogenic origin with degeneration of the disc confirmed by history and radiographic studies)

- Spondylolisthesis

- Spinal stenosis
- Failed previous fusion
